The Wandering Grape Malbec-Merlot displays concentrated aromas of plum, cherry, and floral notes with a hints of chocolate and vanilla. The mouth-feel is rich with plush fruits and layers of sweet spices and smoky oak. This wandering blend is 60% Malbec, 40% Merlot comes together beautifully and finishes with velvety tannins, fresh acidity, and excellent length. Enjoy now.

The wandering grapes are from the communities of Lavalle, San Martin and Medrano areas, in Mendoza, Argentina. Four growers supply hand harvested, Fair Trade grapes from low yielding vines averaging 32-years-old. The vineyards are planted in clay and loam in the northern part of Mendoza, located in altitudes ranging from 1,900 to 2,300 feet above sea level. The climate is semi-desert with an average rainfall of about seven inches per year. The temperatures during the summer growing season can range between 64° to 91° Fahrenheit.
